At L&L Elite Basketball, we are committed to providing a safe, competitive, and positive environment focused on player development, character, discipline, and sportsmanship.

By participating in any L&L Elite program, tryout, practice, tournament, clinic, camp, or team activity, athletes and parents agree to the following terms:

Team Selection

Participation in a tryout does not guarantee placement on a team. Team selections are made solely at the discretion of L&L Elite coaches and staff.

Tryout Fees

All tryout fees must be paid prior to the start of the event and are non-refundable.

​

Team Acceptance & Payments

Athletes who accept a roster position are responsible for all program fees associated with participation.

All balances must be paid in full before the team's first official game unless a written payment arrangement has been approved by L&L Elite.

Refund Policy

All payments made to L&L Elite are non-refundable, including but not limited to registration fees, tuition, deposits, team fees, and tryout fees.

​

Player Commitment

Athletes are expected to demonstrate respect, accountability, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude at all times.

Players who accept a roster position with L&L Elite may not participate on another AAU or competing club basketball team during the same season unless written approval is granted by L&L Elite.

Parent & Spectator Conduct

Parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

Harassment, abusive language, threatening behavior, unsportsmanlike conduct, or interference with coaching decisions will not be tolerated.

Questions or concerns regarding team matters must be submitted via email no sooner than twenty-four (24) hours after the event in question.

Uniforms

Parents/guardians are responsible for the cost of uniforms and any required player equipment.

​

Safety & Participation

Only approved athletes, coaches, staff members, and authorized volunteers may participate in L&L Elite activities.

All coaches and staff members are subject to background screenings, child safety clearances, and organizational requirements.

Media Release

L&L Elite may use photographs and video footage taken during team activities for marketing, promotional, website, and social media purposes.

Discipline & Removal

L&L Elite reserves the right to suspend or remove any athlete, parent, spectator, coach, volunteer, or staff member whose behavior is deemed detrimental to the organization, violates team policies, creates safety concerns, or fails to uphold the values of the program.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in basketball and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, disability, and other unforeseen circumstances.

By participating in L&L Elite activities, athletes and parents voluntarily assume all associated risks and agree to release and hold harmless L&L Elite Basketball, its owners, coaches, staff members, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, and facility providers from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Agreement

By registering for any L&L Elite Basketball program, tryout, team, clinic, camp, or event, participants and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Policies, Terms & Conditions, and Liability Waiver.
